Beatrice Brown has been employed as Facilities Manager at Bethany Baptist Church since March 2001. Her job responsibilities include supervising the Abundant Harvest janitorial staff; interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
As Facilities Manager, Beatrice manages the maintenance of the building, grounds, equipment, and setup and breakdown of functions for the church community. She is also responsible for working with outside contractors for outsourcing projects.
