Message of Hope
Educating, enabling, and empowering individuals and communities … that is the focus of the Message of Hope Ministry, addiction and recovery ministry. Message of Hope is grounded in the understanding that our daily decisions, choices, actions, and attitudes are based on the spiritual understanding and love of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Our churches and communities are filled with people who are struggling with pain, shame, and addictions. Message of Hope Ministry was designed to help those struggling with hurts, habits, and hang-ups by showing them the loving power of Jesus Christ through a recovery process.
Since its inception in 1996 (known as the Crisis Ministry at that time), Message of Hope has been successful in restoring over 4,000 families and individuals who struggle with addiction and are otherwise affected by substance abuse.
The reason we have been able to help so many people is simple: We believe that, by putting Christ first, all things are possible. The Message of Hope recognizes that through the teaching of God’s Word, along with biblical application, each person can live a drug- and alcohol-free life and achieve their full potential in Christ.
Our ministry offers referrals and support with many other difficult life challenging situations as well. Our holistic approach to healing will not only free individuals from strongholds, it will also reestablish us in Christ as sons and daughters of Abraham.
We believe Christ is the head of all ministries. This means whether one uses a Christ-centered 12-step model, works with men or women only, ministers to families, or deals only with adolescents – we are all one in Him!
