To ensure you the most convenient order processing, domestic shipping rates to the continental United States are determined by order subtotal amount as follows:

Delivery Time
Normally, your product(s) will arrive within four to six weeks of receipt of your order. We will contact you to let you know if an item has been backordered or has become unavailable for some reason.

Returns Policy
You may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost, minus the original shipping cost. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will also refund the original and return shipping cost to you.
Opened items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery, will receive a partial refund of 50 percent of the original product cost, minus the original shipping cost.
Exchanges
If you need to return a damaged item in exchange for a new product, please return the item with a statement indicating the problem with the item. We will process your request and send you a new product, as well as refund your return shipping cost.
