Financial Policies
The generosity of individual Christians, churches, and corporations helps students receive quality professional training at a cost less than that charged by many similar institutions. Our commitment is to assist every student in acquiring the education he or she desires.
The financial policy of the Abundant Harvest Bible Institute dictates that all tuition and fees are due and payable at the time the student registers for a course. Students may make a request in writing to the Business Office to make other financial payment arrangements. An additional handling fee may be assessed for arranging special payment plans.
Tuition and Fees
Registration Fee $10
Tuition (per course) $35
Drop Fee (per course) $10
(Note: All transaction fees are non-refundable.)
Rejected Payments
A student may pay his/her bill with MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express; cash; personal check; or money order. A charge of $25.00 will be assessed for all returned checks or refused credit card payments.
Late Payments
All charges to a student’s account more than 30 days past due will be charged a 5 percent per month late payment fee. Please note – Any student who has not paid his/her tuition bill in its entirety before the week of final examinations will be placed on Financial Hold. All students on Financial Hold will not be able to enroll in any further courses until the account becomes current. Likewise, no credits will be given classes until the student’s account has been paid in full.
Sponsorships: Church, Corporate, or Individual
A student’s church, corporation, friends, or relatives may desire to pay some or all of his/her tuition and fees. The amount of the payment will be credited to the account after the Abundant Harvest Bible Institute has received proper authorization.
Proper authorization is understood to be an official document from a church or corporation stating the person(s) being sponsored and the amount(s) to be credited. An officer who is not receiving any part of the sponsorship must sign it.
For sponsorships from individuals, a formal letter is required. Such designated funds may be tax deductible.
Sponsorship monies will be held available for use or refund for one year from the date of the last activity. Sponsorship monies will be refunded only to the sponsor and only upon written request within a one-year time limit. Beyond the specified time, any unused and non-refunded monies will then be applied to the Abundant Harvest Bible Institute general fund.
"Policy Concerning Donations
Monies given to the Abundant Harvest Bible Institute by institutions, foundations, churches, or individuals will be used for the purposes for which they were designated.
Financial Assistance
Because of its low tuition rate, the Abundant Harvest Bible Institute believes that all of our students are enjoying financial assistance to some extent.
Keep in mind, however, that beyond the low rate of tuition, a work-study program is available. This program is extended to students on the basis of verifiable need and availability of funds. The Financial Aid Committee coordinates the work-study programs, and the number of participants each semester is limited.
The Abundant Harvest Bible Institute believes that it must exercise good stewardship and wise administration to insure proper disposition of tuition assistance stipends in order to provide maximum benefits to deserving students. Students desiring financial assistance, therefore, must submit a Financial Aid Form to the Financial Aid Council. These forms may be obtained after students receive acceptance into an Abundant Harvest Bible Institute degree program. Requests should addressed to the Office of Financial Aid. Each student approved by the Abundant Harvest Bible Institute for financial assistance will be required to reapply annually. The Abundant Harvest Bible Institute reserves the right to reject or review this assistance at any time.
Books and Materials
Required textbooks can be purchased at the Harvest Bookstore on a cash-and-carry basis. Tuition does cover the cost of additional materials for most Abundant Harvest Bible Institute courses.
Student Loas
Student loans are not available at the Abundant Harvest Bible Institute.
